James Franklin was asked about if Keandre Lambert-Smith will be available for Michigan by The Athletic’s Audrey Snyder. Penn State will need all the help it can get in this top 10 matchup.

Lambert-Smith has played in five games for the Nittany Lions this season. The sophomore wideout has played in 27 total games in his college career. Franklin is hopeful that Lambert-Smith will be ready to go on Saturday.

“We’re hopeful to have KeAndre on Saturday,” Franklin said.

Lambert-Smith has caught 9 passes for 102 yards receiving and 1 touchdown this season. He has the fourth-most receiving yards on the team.

Smith-Lambert last saw action against Northwestern, but left the game with an injury and was later seen in a boot on the sidelines.

Penn State’s depth at the receiver position is going to be tested against Michigan. Penn State-Michigan kicks off Saturday at noon ET on FOX.
