Brisker, a second round selection in the 2022 draft, has been one of the Bears’ top performers in preseason. He totaled 3 straight tackles in one of his few drives in Chicago’s win against the Chiefs a few weeks ago.
And he’s been showing out for some time at Penn State. The 3-year regular at Penn State tallied 153 tackles, 5 interceptions, 14 pass breakups and a fumble recovery in 21 starts. Brisker played at Lackawanna community college before transferring to Penn State in 2019.
Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said there is no timetable for Brisker’s return as of Saturday afternoon.
