Joel Klatt was impressed by what he experienced in Happy Valley during Week 9.

The Week 9 matchup between Penn State and Ohio State marked the 1st trip to Happy Valley for FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff crew. The crew got to witness the ‘Stripe Out’ live and Klatt was impressed by the fanbase.

Beaver Stadium, which regularly hosts 100,000+ rabid fans, is known as one of the toughest places to play in the country. Just one week after the annual White Out, the Nittany Lion faithful produced another incredible atmosphere for the huge game.

The Nittany Lions started out strong against the Buckeyes before stumbling in the 4th quarter. After the 3rd, Penn State only trailed by 2. However, the 4th quarter would be all Buckeyes.

The Buckeyes ended up getting a 44-31 victory, after a 4th quarter that featured 45 total points.
