Kaytron Allen ices Penn States win over Illinois with 4th-quarter TD
Kaytron Allen is part of the Penn State dynamic rushing duo with Nicholas Singleton that gives the Nittany Lions offense such an explosive punch.
He showed that talent on Saturday night against Illinois, as he scored a touchdown late to put the final touches on a tough 21-7 victory against Illinois. Allen scored the ball from 5 yards out to give the team the 2-touchdown lead.

It was a low-scoring affair in Happy Valley on Saturday night, but the rushing attack of Penn State was the difference. Allen finished the game with 18 carries for 102 yards and the touchdown. Meanwhile, Singleton also had a big game with 16 carries for 94 yards and a touchdown of his own.
Quarterback Drew Allar and the passing game were shut down for the first time this season, as he finished with only 135 yards passing.
The Nittany Lions with the win moved to 4-0 and picked up their first B1G win of the season. Penn State will be back at home next week as it will host UCLA next week.
