Coming out of high school, Talley was regarded as the No. 9 player out of Pennsylvania and the No. 24 Edge prospect nationally by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. Talley held Power 5 offers from a number of programs, including Florida, Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and others coming out of high school.
It will be interesting to see where Talley winds up via the portal before even playing a snap of college football.
