Latest video of Saquon Barkley doing box squats proves he's an absolute monster
Saquon Barkley really doesn’t get enough credit for being such an incredible talent. Sure, we talk about him an awful lot, but it still doesn’t feel like enough.
That’s not the case after the New York Giants running back and former Penn State star posted a video of an insane workout earlier this week. The video is making its rounds on social media.
Barkley posted the video of him box squatting what appears to be well over 400 pounds (assuming the plates are 45-pound standard weights). He seems to do multiple repetitions with relative ease, which is absolutely insane.
Here is the video:
In case you forgot, @saquon isn't human.

So, not only is Barkley nearly impossible to tackle and as elusive a player as they come, he’s also one of the strongest backs in the league. He’s an absolute monster athlete.
Barkley just completed his second season in the NFL, rushing for 1,003 yards and six touchdowns, while adding 438 receiving yards and two scores in the 2019 campaign. As a rookie, he racked up over 2,000 total yards and scored 15 times.
