There’s been a major concern in State College about the annual White Out game, scheduled for October 19 against Michigan. Fans have feared with FOX’s new push to schedule better games at noon, the biggest game of the year might kick off during the daylight.
But ESPN’s Chris Fowler may have dropped a little nugget about that game. It might have fans a little less worried about kickoff time.
In response to a comment made that Penn State’s entire season rests on the results of the Iowa game next weekend at Kinnick Stadium, Fowler responded with a statement that leads you to believe ABC will have coverage of the game, and it could be scheduled for night.
“What about White Out game?” Fowler said. “We’ll be there for that one!”

If that’s the case, it’s very likely that the Penn State-Michigan matchup will air at night on ABC. There is nothing official from ESPN, ABC or FOX on the status of the game.
We should find out this week.
