Micah Parsons is having an incredible rookie season with the Dallas Cowboys, and he continued his hot stretch on Thursday Night Football.

Facing the New Orleans Saints, Parsons posted 5 total tackles, 2 QB hits, and grabbed his 10th sack of the season. It gives Parsons 7.5 sacks over his past 5 games and 23 QB pressures over his past 3.

According to ESPN’s Stats and Info, Parsons becomes the first player since JJ Watt in 2019 to have that many pressures over a 3-game span:

Parsons is also on an incredible tear for a rookie pass rusher. According to Dallas’ PR department, Parsons is the first rookie since Joey Bosa with a sack in 5 straight games. Parsons is also the 13th rookie in NFL history to hit double-digit sacks.

Parsons is on pace for at least 100 tackles and 14.0 sacks in his rookie season. If he hits those marks, he will be the first NFL player – rookie or otherwise – to post those marks in the same season since 1993.
