Micah Parsons receives designation for key Dallas Cowboys game on Christmas Eve
Micah Parsons is in the middle of a huge year for the Dallas Cowboys. Unfortunately, his status for a major Christmas Eve showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles is still up in the air.
The final injury report for the week came out on Thursday with the game set for Saturday afternoon. Parsons was officially listed as questionable for the game with an illness.
Parsons was able to return to practice in a limited role Thursday which is some good news, but he still missed time during the week. The star defender was unable to practice Tuesday or Wednesday.

Hopefully, Parsons is able to get on the field to try and help the Cowboys win. But, at this point, it seems likely he would be limited in the game if he is able to play at all.
Dallas is 10-4 on the season but is coming off a 40-34 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Earlier in the season, the Eagles beat the Cowboys 26-17.
Saturday’s game is set for a 4: 25 pm ET kickoff on FOX.
