Micah Parsons trucks through Giants offensive line for impressive QB hurry
Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys are at MetLife Stadium to face the New York Giants on “Monday Night Football”.
It hasn’t been an offensive exhibition by any stretch of the imagination through a quarter-and-a-half of play as the Cowboys hold a slim 6-3 lead. That has opened the door for a few defensive highlights, though.
With 7-and-a-half minutes remaining before halftime, Parsons showed why he’s already one of the top linebackers in the NFL despite being in just his 2nd season as a pro. Watch as the 2021 Defensive Rookie of the Year and former Penn State standout blew past Giants offensive guard Mark Glowinski to get pressure on, and eventually get to, Daniel Jones, forcing a rushed throw to avoid the sack:
Micah Parsons is just different 😳

Parsons had 13.0 sacks as a rookie in 2021. He entered the night with 4.0 in 2 games, and with plays like the one above, he’ll easily eclipse his total from last season.
