Miles Sanders, former Penn State star, sends free agency message to Eagles
Miles Sanders, who had a big season for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022, has made his intentions known about his 2023 plans.
Sanders rushed for 1,269 yards with 11 touchdowns and is set for a new contract as the pending free agent has played out his rookie deal.
“I love Philly. Just bring me back. I hope they bring me back,” Sanders said in a message shared on Instagram.
In a message to Howie Roseman and the organization, Sanders said, “I love you. I hope you love me too.”
Sanders, 25, was selected by Philadelphia in the second round of the 2019 draft out of Penn State. He was a Pro Bowler in 2022 after he rushed for the fifth most in the league last season.
At Penn State, Sanders collected a host of notable accomplishments, including the 11th-most rushing yards in a PSU single season. He also ranks No. 2 on the school season list with 688 kickoff return yards.
