Penn State has made another big-time addition to the 2020 recruiting class and has jumped to the top of the B1G in the rankings.

On Monday night, four-star offensive tackle Aaryn Parks announced his commitment to Penn State. He becomes the 10th player to commit to the Nittany Lions in the 2020 cycle and is the fifth four-star prospect in the group.

Parks made his announcement via Twitter.

“No need to wait until Thursday…I know where I want to be now!” Parks tweeted, along with images of him in a Penn State uniform.

With Parks’ commitment, Penn State leaped Ohio State in the recruiting rankings and currently sits with the top-ranked class in the B1G. The Lions also have the sixth-best class nationally.

According to 247Sports, Parks is ranked around the top 200 in the 2020 class and is one of the top 20 offensive tackles of the cycle. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound Maryland native is also listed as one of the 10 best players from his home state.

Penn State has had five commitments in the month of April.
