Penn State had a lot of questions facing the program entering Week 3 for a road trip to Auburn. Coming out of the weekend, the Nittany Lions aced a key road test in dominant fashion.

After a tight first half, Penn State opened up a wide margin after the break and finished with 41 points scored. It was a particularly dominant showing, especially up front.

The offensive line kept Sean Clifford protected in the passing game with Clifford posting an efficient afternoon. However, the sparks really flew in the ground game.

Nick Singleton put up a  huge afternoon and showed what he can do against top-level talent, but it all flowed back through the work of the offensive line. The Nittany Lions decided to honor that unit as a result.

When Penn State’s Players of the Game came out Tuesday, the entire offensive line was recognized on the offensive side of the ball. Head coach James Franklin said the program believes the unit has 7 starters for the offense.
