Penn State landed in the top 5 for a 3-star offensive lineman out of Jacksonville, Florida Saturday afternoon.
Deryc Plazz, who stands at 6-5, 265 pounds, listed the Nittany Lions as the only B1G representative on his ACC-filled list. Also included are Duke, Miami, Florida State and NC State.
He cut his list via his personal Twitter account:
Blessed to have earned 37 Division 1 offers to this point. The time has come to cut this list down. Where is home? #LongLiveRock77💚#IDM🐶 #SGU📈 pic.twitter.com/AfVZXgIMey

Though Penn State seems to be the odd man out for Plazz, the Nittany Lions are definitely in contention. Plazz has an official visit to Happy Valley planned for June 2.
Plazz is considered to be the No. 1054 prospect in the nation, the No. 90 OT in the nation and the No. No. 143 prospect from the talent-rich state of Florida.
