Twitter can be a nightmare.

At times, it’s not all bad, but usually, you can find a lot of negative posts on Twitter where bashing and mistakes happen. On Wednesday night, these tweets may have not exactly been mistakes from Penn State DL Ellison Jordan, but they have since been deleted:

As Tyler Donohue of 247Sports said, Jordan is a redshirt sophomore who has appeared in three games this season. To this point in his career, Jordan has recorded 11 total tackles.

His tweets have to be concerning to see. If Jordan is contemplating retirement because of his knee not feeling right, that’s one thing. It’s another, though, to see that a coach didn’t seem to care enough about the situation.

Sure, players can give half effort. But if there is a legitimate injury present, it should be checked out. We’ll see what takes place in the near future with Jordan.

Penn State plays Michigan State at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at home. The game will be televised on BTN.
