Penn State football is preparing for the annual White Out game in Week 4. This year’s White Out game opponent will be the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Ahead of the much-anticipated matchup, the Nittany Lions released an electric hype video.

The video was narrated by former Nittany Lion and current AD of Athletic Performance Tyrone Smith. A video montage of highlights from previous White Out games is then on display as Smith explains what it means to suit up for Penn State. The video ends with an emphatic “BEAT IOWA” slogan in front of a white screen.

The Nittany Lions are looking to improve to 4-0 on the season against the Hawkeyes. The Hawkeyes, meanwhile, are also looking to stay perfect and earn their first big win of the season.

Penn State’s recent track record in White Out Games is fantastic. The team has not lost one of these games since 2018 against Ohio State. Last season, the Nittany Lions thoroughly beat down the Minnesota Golden Gophers by a score of 45-7.

This will be the 2nd time the Hawkeyes will play in a White Out game. The first meeting was back in 2009, when the Hawkeyes won by a score of 21-10.
