Andrew Rappleyea has changed his mind on which Big Ten school to play for. On Sunday, Rappleyea flipped his commitment from Michigan to Penn State.

Rappleyea posted a note to his Twitter account calling Michigan a great place, acknowledging he committed to Jim Harbaugh’s program too quickly. He says that he developed a great relationship with James Franklin’s staff and realized his heart is at Penn State. Rappleyea noted that PSU is only 4 hours from home.

From Milton, Massachusetts, Rappleyea is listed at 6-4, 215 pounds and rated 3-stars, the No. 19 tight end and No. 373 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite. Rappleyea pledged to the Wolverines back on Jan. 16, 2022. In addition to PSU and U-M, he has 23 other scholarship offers, including Illinois, Michigan State, Ohio State, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
