A Penn State freshman and member of the 2022 recruiting class is reportedly heading for the transfer portal.

According to Chris Hummer with 247 Sports, defensive end Ken Talley is opting to head for the transfer portal at the middle point of August. According to Hummer, Talley had been going through fall camp up to the point of his decision.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Talley was a 4-star prospect and the No. 9 player out of Pennsylvania for the class of 2022. He was also the No. 24 Edge recruit in the country and the 11th highest-rated recruit in the class for Penn State.

Talley is not the first player to hit the portal for Penn State this fall. Former 4-star RB Caziah Holmes has also reportedly hit the portal in camp.
