Penn State gets into Halloween spirit with hilarious scare cam

What’s Halloween without a scare cam?
Multiple B1G teams took to social media to wish fans a Happy Halloween Tuesday morning. But Penn State went above and beyond.
The Nittany Lions gave a player a black visor and made him stand like a mannequin before jumping out and scaring people entering the building. Some simply laughed, and a few were immediately ready to fight.

The Nittany Lions face a Maryland squad that should be thankful to be out of the month of October. The Terrapins started the season 5-0 but have since dropped 3 straight.
The Nittany Lions have not played well across the past few weeks either. They dropped to Ohio State and only got by Indiana in the final minutes.
