Penn State added a commitment to its already impressive Class of 2024 showcase Tuesday afternoon, scoring 4-star offensive lineman Donovan Harbour. The 6-3, 310-pound OL has been trending Penn State’s way for some time, and now it’s official.

Harbour picked the Nittany Lions over Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio State and others. He’s now the 2nd highest-rated commit in Penn State’s growing 2024 class.

Harbour is considered to be the No. 137 overall prospect in the 2024 cycle, as well as the No. 7 interior offensive lineman and the No. 1 player out of Wisconsin. He played all along the line at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, WI.

He’s the 2nd offensive line commit of the 2024 cycle for Penn State, joining top-150 IOL Cooper Cousins out of Erie, PA.
