James Franklin added a big-time commitment to Penn State’s 2020 class Friday.

This time it was four-star all-purpose back Caziah Holmes out of Cocoa, Florida. Listed at 5-foot-11 and 179 lbs., Holmes is rated as the No. 6 APB in the nation for the 2020 class by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.

Holmes committed to Penn State over offers from Auburn, Florida State, Tennessee, and Kentucky. According to Tyler Donohue with Lions247, Holmes finalized his decision to pick Penn State last week.

Why did Holmes decide on the Nittany Lions? He says prayer and the message to come be a part of something great played a big role:

“The reason it was the right choice is because I prayed about it consistently, talked to my family and friends about it, and I just kept getting the signs,” he told Lions247. “The main message is come be a part of something great and come make history and your own legacy.”
