Penn State is looking to build out the 2024 recruiting class, and another wide receiver recruit is still in the mix for James Franklin’s program.

The player is Jabari Murphy, a 6-foot-2 and 195-pound WR out of Elmore County High School in Alabama. Murphy whittled down his list of potential destinations on Friday, including Penn State alongside Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Kentucky and West Virginia.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Murphy is a 3-star prospect and 106th WR in the country for the class of 2024.

To this point, Penn State has 8 commitments for a 2024 recruiting class that ranks 10th nationally by the 247 Sports Composite. As of this writing, the Nittany Lions do not a pledge from a WR in the cycle.
