It’s been quite an afternoon in State College. Michigan and Penn State have traded punches like a couple of prized fighters.
None more important than the 4th and goal from the 2-yard line. Clifford threw a corner route to TE Tyler Warren. Then down 2, Penn State went for the 2-point conversation and scored with WR Jahan Dotson.
It was a huge play that allowed Penn State to crawl back into a huge game.

That 2-point conversion would tie the game at 14. Most of the plays today have come on defense in this game between the Nittany Lions and the Wolverines.
On the ensuing Michigan drive, QB Cade McNamara got strip-sacked putting Penn State in great field position.

Penn State would have to settle for a FG to take the 17-14 lead in the middle of the 4th quarter.
