The 4-star defensive end is the top-ranked player out of New York and is considered a top five player at his position. According to 247Sports, Isaac is ranked No. 67 in the 2019 class.
Penn State currently has 17 members in its 2019 recruiting class. It ranks 13th nationally and is the third-best in the B1G, behind Michigan and Ohio State.
If he committed to James Franklin and the Nittany Lions, he would be the second-highest rated player to join the class. The highest-ranked player currently in the class is 5-star linebacker Brandon Smith.
