Penn State makes Top 6 for 4-star DE in 2021 class
One of the top players out of the state of Virginia has included Penn State in his top six.
Naquan Brown, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound weak-side defensive end out of Virginia Beach revealed his top five schools on Tuesday. The four-star prospect has trimmed his list of options down to Penn State, LSU, Miami, Tennessee, Pitt and Virginia Tech. He holds offers from 28 programs total.

Based on 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, Brown is the No. 7 player from the state of Virginia and the No. 11 weak-side defensive end. Overall, he ranks as the No. 201 prospect in this year’s cycle.
According to his evaluation, Brown brings a great burst to the field and is fearless when it comes to making tackles. He plays an aggressive brand of football and could play multiple positions, either at defensive end or linebacker.
Penn State currently has 12 members committed in its 2021 recruiting class. The Nittany Lions sit 19th nationally and seventh in the B1G.
