Penn State earned a commitment from 4-star offensive lineman Chimdy Onoh on National Signing Day.

He is the Nittany Lions’ lone signing day addition.

He has already signed his National Letter of Intent to attend Penn State:

Onoh is a huge pickup for the Nittany Lions. He’s ranked as the No. 257 overall player and the No. 20 offensive tackle in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Onoh chose Penn State over offers from programs like Ole Miss, Michigan State, Maryland and Colorado, amongst others. He was committed to Old Dominion until December of 2022.

He brings elite size to the table. Onoh is listed at 6-foot-5, 270 pounds. Onoh attends Dundalk High School in Dundalk, Maryland.

Penn State is now up to 23 commits from its 2023 high school class. The group ranks No. 13 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings. Penn State has also added 4 transfers this offseason.
