Penn State has landed a commitment from another heavily-recruited wide receiver.

Three-star wide receiver T.J. Jones out of Lake City, Fla. signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday, agreeing to join an already-impressive class in Happy Valley. He becomes the 23rd member of James Franklin’s 2019 class.

Penn State’s recruiting class sits at No. 10 nationally and second in the B1G, behind only Michigan.

Jones, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect, is listed as a top 75 player at his position and out of the state of Florida. He had over three dozen offers, according to 247Sports.

The Nittany Lions are rounding out their 2019 recruiting class with a few signatures on National Signing Day.
