Penn State is one of the best teams in the country, sitting at No. 4 in the AP Top-25 poll.

Head coach James Franklin provided a positive update on RB Noah Cain before a colossal clash with No. 3 Iowa on Saturday.

“I think we’ve all seen what Noah has the ability to do and then in terms of what he’s working through, that’s part of football,” Franklin said, according to Audrey Snyder of The Athletic.

RB Cain this season for the Nittany Lions  has 59 rushing attempts for 187 yards on 3.2 yards per carry and 3 touchdowns. Cain missed almost all of last season with an injury.

In the 2019 season, Cain played well for the Nittany Lions rushing the ball 84 times for 443 yards on 5.3 yards per carry and 8 touchdowns.

The Nittany Lions and Cain have a massive test against No. 3 Iowa and the vaunted Hawkeye defense who hasn’t given up more than 24 points in 27 games.

FOX’s premiere pregame show Big Noon Kickoff will be in Iowa City, IA., for all the pregame festivities.

The Nittany Lions and the Hawkeyes square off at 4:00 ET on FOX.
