Penn State handled its business in Week 2, winning 46-10. The team revealed who its 3 players of the game were.

Nick Singleton, Chop Robinson, and Devyn Ford were all highlighted as players of the game. Penn State had Singleton win the award for offense, while Robinson won it on defense, and Ford won the honor for special teams.

Singleton had 179 yards rushing on 10 carries, with 2 touchdowns on the day. Robinson played his 2nd game as a Nittany Lion since transferring over from Maryland. Ford is still maintaining his role as one of the team’s main kick returners. Ford was an All-B1G honorable mention last season as a kick returner.

Singleton is certainly off to a good start in his Penn State career. The freshman RB may have just distanced himself from the other running backs who are in the conversation for the RB1 spot.

Something to watch will be the number of touches that Singleton gets throughout the season following his showing against Ohio.
