Penn State running back Trey Potts reveals plans for 2024 season
Penn State running back Trey Potts has declared for the 2024 NFL Draft.
After beginning his career at Minnesota, Potts transferred to Penn State ahead of the 2023 season and played in nine games as a reserve tailback. Potts had one season of eligibility left, but won’t be using it.
“To the coaches, staff, and amazing fans at Penn State, thank you for giving a kid from Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the opportunity to wear the white and blue and fulfill this dream of becoming a Nittany Lion,” Potts wrote in a post on his Instagram page. “The memories and relationships made during my time there will be cherished for a lifetime.”

Penn State is set to return both Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton next season after they ran for a combined 1,654 yards on 343 attempts.
