Penn State found themselves down by two scores early on against Michigan. Then the Nittany Lions took things into their own hands.

It was all started by a huge run from QB Sean Clifford that put the offense in the red zone. Clifford turned on the jets and took it 62 yards in a huge play for the Penn State offense.

The Nittany Lions eventually got to 4th down and converted with a score thanks to RB Kaytron Allen. That wasn’t the end of it though.

The Penn State defense showed up on the next drive and forced J.J. McCarthy into his interception of the year. DB Curtis Jacobs was on the right end of a tipped pass from McCarthy and made the Michigan QB’s first interception this season a pick six.

James Franklin’s team now leads Michigan in Ann Arbor 14-13 after a great turnaround in the first half.
