Naquil Betrand, a 2023 offensive tackle from Maryland who has Penn State as a finalist, recently revealed his commitment date.

Betrand will commit to either Penn State, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, Syracuse or Texas A&M on July 30.

It will be Betrand’s second commitment of the offseason. On March 22, Betrand committed to the Colorado Buffaloes. Since that commitment, he added scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Syracuse, Pitt, Georgia, Penn State, Maryland, Kentucky and Auburn.

In June, while still “committed” to Colorado, Betrand named a top 10 that included the Buffaloes along with Auburn, Boston College, Cincinnati, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Syracuse, Texas A&M and West Virginia.

Out of the St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Betrand is rated 3-stars, the No. 16 Maryland product, No. 78 offensive tackle and No. 887 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite.
