Penn State is building its recruiting class for 2023, and one prospect still undecided is getting close to a decision.

The player is Jurrion Dickey, a 4-star wide receiver out of East Palo Alto, California. He announced via Twitter that his decision will be coming on May 2.

Dickey is still considering Penn State, along with Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Dickey is a 4-star prospect and the No. 11 WR nationally for the class of 2023. He is also the No. 129 prospect nationally and No. 9 player out of California for the cycle.

Dickey is listed at 6-foot-2 and 210 lbs. Currently without a wide receiver committed for the cycle, Penn State would love to add a prospect of Dickey’s caliber to the recruiting class. That recruiting class currently ranks No. 4 nationally.
