Penn State is playing without six of their defensive starters and their defensive coordinator as they take on #21 Arkansas in the Outback Bowl. They started the game with a horrific missed field goal in their first drive.

After driving the ball down the field on a seven-play, 57-yard drive, Arkansas had a chance to take the lead early in the game. Instead, Penn State senior safety Ji’Ayir Brown intercepts Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson in the end zone.

This was the fifth interception of the year for Brown, the most on the team. He is a third-team All-B1G selection this season.

Penn State had a chance to capitalize off a rare mistake from Jefferson, but two plays later Penn State quarterback Sean Clifford throws an interception.
