Penn State has some major holes to fill on the defensive line.

With Anthony Zettel, Austin Johnson and Carl Nassib all off to the NFL, James Franklin appeared to have a few worthy candidates to become future forces on the PSU line.

On Thursday, PSU reportedly lost one of those key recruits.

According to Rivals.com’s Ryan Snyder, four-star defensive tackle Karamo Dioubate is no longer committed to the Lions.

He originally committed to the program in August, but he did take an official visit to Auburn in December. He was rumored to be taking a visit to Michigan State sometime before National Signing Day.

Dioubate was one of PSU’s four 4-star defensive line recruits, and he was the fifth-highest rated prospect in Franklin’s loaded 2016 class, which still ranks 13th nationally.
