Report: Tommy Stevens planning to visit Kentucky
There’s another school in the mix in the Tommy Stevens sweepstakes. On Monday, Bruce Feldman of The Athletic reported that the former Penn State quarterback plans to visit Kentucky this week.
Stevens has been visiting schools since the weekend, taking trips to Miami (OH), Illinois and Mississippi State. According to Feldman, though, Stevens is throwing Kentucky into this mix. He will reportedly be in Lexington on Tuesday.

After Penn State’s spring season came to a close, Stevens entered his name in the transfer portal. It was unclear whether or not he’d be the starter, and the redshirt senior wanted to opportunity to be the starting quarterback for a program, even if it wasn’t Penn State.
Stevens brings a unique skill set to the table and would be a huge addition to any of the programs he’s visiting. He would almost certainly be the starting quarterback at Illinois or Miami, but could run into a battle at Mississippi State or Kentucky.
There has been no timetable on when Stevens makes a decision, but with the visits scheduled through this week, a decision could be coming sometime in early May.
