Saquon Barkley added to injury report ahead of Giants’ game vs. Philadelphia

Former Penn State star and current NFL running back Saquon Barkley is having quite the bounce back year.
He’s returned to dominant form after a pair of knee injuries sidelined him for most of last season and seasons prior. And Thursday afternoon, Barkley found himself back on the injury report with a neck injury.
Barkley was limited at practice Thursday morning.

And the Giants need all the help they can get against the Eagles, who are 11-1 on the season with their only loss coming against Washington. The Giants, thanks in part to Barkley, are right in the thick of the playoff race but could use a big win over a divisional opponent to get there.
New York is 7-4-1 and currently the 6 seed in the NFC were the playoff to end today.
