Saquon Barkley lands on the cover of special edition of Sports Illustrated

Sports Illustrated has released a special “Penn State” edition highlighting the 25 years the school has been a member of the B1G. And, of course, star running back Saquon Barkley is on the cover.
The issue has been released ahead of this weekend’s colossal match-up between No. 2 Penn State and No. 6 Ohio State.
Barkley is the frontrunner in the Heisman race and could essentially guarantee his place in the Heisman House with a strong showing against the Buckeyes.

The special issue of Sports Illustrated highlights Penn State’s decision to join the B1G, talks about the titles it’s won and the rivalries that have developed over the last 25 years.
Penn State’s top players and “heroes” from the B1G era are also mentioned in the edition, which undoubtedly will include Barkley.
This is the perfect primer for Penn State fans in the days leading up to the B1G East clash between the Nittany Lions and the Buckeyes.
