Sean Clifford put Penn State on the board early against Auburn.

He rushed up the gut to put the Nittany Lions on top, 7-3 at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Clifford has had an interesting start to this one. He was welcomed to the SEC with this hit below, fumbling following the collision.

Regardless, Penn State is looking like a top 25 team early in a raucous SEC environment.

So far, Clifford has thrown for 63 yards on 4-of-5 attempts. His rushing touchdown is his 3rd this season – he’s done so in all 3 of Penn State’s games to start the season.
