Trace McSorley has had an incredible career with the Nittany Lions, and he eclipsed one big milestone Saturday.

The senior QB for Penn State has had an unbelievable run leading the Nittany Lions. He was already one of three PSU QB’s to throw for more than 7,000 yards in a career, but McSorley is unique with his ability to also do damage with his legs.

With a run against Kent State, McSorley crossed over the 1,000 yards rushing mark for his career. He has truly been one of the elite dual-threats in the country during his time at Penn State. McSorley now joins Michael Robinson as the only two players to throw for more than 3,500 yards and rush for more than 1,000 yards at Penn State.

Penn State Football tweeted out congratulations to McSorley:

McSorley will look to continue his strong play with a shot at the Heisman Trophy this season.
