Jahan Dotson isn’t wearing the No. 5 jersey for Penn State any longer, but Western Kentucky transfer Mitchell Tinsley is doing his best impression of the former All-B1G receiver.

In Saturday’s spring game, Tinsley scored the first touchdown of the afternoon, showing off some jitterbug moves on his way to an 18-yard score. It gave the offense an early lead/

Below is the clip of Tinsley’s touchdown Saturday afternoon inside Beaver Stadium:

Tinsley transferred into Penn State after being an All-C-USA second-team selection at WKU a year ago. Last fall, he totaled 87 catches for 1,402 yards and 14 touchdowns for the Hilltoppers.

With Dotson leaving for the NFL, Penn State needs some playmakers to step up at the wide receiver position in 2022. Tinsley appears capable of being a threat for the Nittany Lions in the passing attack this fall.
