WATCH: Chris Godwin is already in mid-season form with TD in first preseason game

It didn’t take long for Chris Godwin to find his form.
The former Penn State standout is entering his third season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After recording 842 yards and 7 TDs last season, expectations are high for a big year heading into 2019.
Tampa Bay kicked off its preseason schedule Friday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Godwin was one of the players to look good early on. He started hot with a couple catches on the first drive, including his first touchdown of the year.
Godwin caught a short screen on the play before making a man miss and heading into the end zone:

He finished with two catches for 20 yards and the touchdown before being removed from the game.
