There’s no higher praise to give a QB than the compliment that head coach James Franklin gave Trace McSorley Saturday.

McSorley led the Nittany Lions to a blowout win over Kent State Saturday and was the star of the game. He contributed five total touchdowns while leading the offense and helped guide Penn State to a 3-0 record.

After the game, Franklin made sure to take a bit of time to praise the play of his QB. He encouraged younger players to watch how McSorley plays because all he does is win. ESPN College Football shared the video of Franklin’s comments:

To McSorley’s credit, Penn State has won 11 games in back-to-back seasons since 2008-09. Can he lead the Nittany Lions to the College Football Playoff this season?
