What can’t Saquon Barkley do?

That question was asked many times while the do-it-all RB was at Penn State. As a Nittany Lion, Barkley showed everything an NFL talent evaluator could ask for at the position.

Barkley had size, speed, the right attitude, pass-catching abilities, an understanding of pass blocking. He had it all.

As the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft has shown during his rookie season with the New York Giants, he in fact does have it all. Barkley was recently counted as having the fourth-most Pro Bowl votes in the entire NFL. That’s not for just rookies.

That voting is for every single player, and he’s fourth.

On Sunday against the Washington Redskins, he showed some people why with this run:

Barkley’s got almost what looks like too much speed. When it was a race to the end-zone, he made the Redskins defensive back look as though he was moving in slow motion.

The former Nittany Lion also set a Giants franchise record on Sunday, as he became the first ever back in team history to rush for at least 1,000 yards as a rookie:

And this isn’t the first Giants record he has broken this season:

Barkley’s beyond special. There’s no questioning that.
