Saquon Barkley wasted no time making an impact on Saturday night.
Just seconds into Penn State’s top 25 clash with Michigan in prime time, the Heisman frontrunner took a direct snap 69 yards for a touchdown on the second play of the game. He blew past every single Wolverine defender to give the Nittany Lions a 7-0 lead just 43 seconds into the contest.

Yeah, that’s Heisman Trophy caliber.
There were some questions regarding Barkley’s effectiveness against a Michigan defense that’s been one of the nation’s best in the first half of the season. But the running back made it quite clear that he’s nearly impossible to stop.
Once he’s done running all over Michigan, he’ll be running to New York for the Heisman ceremony.
