This is no way to treat a former teammate!

Shareef Miller and Trace McSorley used to be partners in crime at Penn State. McSorley led the offense while Miller spent time terrorizing opposing quarterbacks with the Nittany Lions’ defense.

On Thursday night, the two lined up on opposite sides for the first time in NFL preseason action. Miller is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles while McSorley is with the Baltimore Ravens.

So far, McSorley has had quite the night with his first rushing touchdown of the preseason and some nice throws in the first half. However, Miller had one scary, though likely unintentional, hit on McSorley.

Miller made a play to try and grab McSorley as he was stepping up in the pocket. All he was able to grab was McSorley’s facemask as he was being blocked away from the quarterback. Miller did let go of the facemask as soon as possible, but he was not able to do so before twisting McSorley’s helmet and head.
