The 2022 Phil Knight Legacy tournament is set for Thanksgiving weekend. Titled PK85 for Knight’s 85th birthday, Purdue will head to Portland to play in the non-conference matchup.

According to Jon Rothstein with CBS Sports, the Boilermakers will kick off their side of the bracket with a matchup from the Big 12. Purdue is expected to face West Virginia to open the bracket.

Duke vs. Oregon State, Xavier vs. Florida and Gonzaga vs. Portland State are the other matchups.

This year, the tournament is bigger than ever. There will be two separate men’s brackets – the Phil Knight Invitational and the Phil Knight Legacy – with a 4-team women’s bracket. Michigan State out of the B1G will be playing in the Invitational side of the tournament.

First games will be played Nov. 24 with the tournament running through Sunday, Nov. 27.
