Jeff Brohm has his prized recruit of the 2018 class.

During Saturday afternoon’s Army All-American Game, four-star wide receiver Rondale Moore announced his commitment publicly, choosing to continue his football career at Purdue. The Kentucky native was formerly committed to Texas.

According to 247Sports, Moore is ranked as the No. 43 receiver and is the second-best player out of Kentucky in the 2018 recruiting class. He’s ranked No. 253 overall.

Moore had 33 offers, including from programs such as Ohio State, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Penn State and Michigan State. Louisville was expected to be the biggest challenger to Brohm and the Boilermakers.

With the commitment, Purdue’s class now grows to 24 prospects, 22 of which have already signed a letter of intent. Moore is the top-rated player in the class and is the only four-star talent.

Purdue’s 2018 class now ranked 42nd nationally and 10th in the B1G.
