It’s been a tough start for the Boilermakers, especially defensively. They surrendered 21 points in the 1st quarter as Hendon Hooker continues to light up the opposition.
Hooker currently has close to 200 yards through the air with 2 touchdowns and no interceptions.
O’Connell does also have a touchdown pass that came in the 1st quarter. Broc Thompson got the nod for that one and currently has over 100 yards receiving on four receptions.
The Boilermakers are looking to finish their season at 9-4, while the Vols are looking to finish 8-5.
