CBS Sports projects Purdue's Matt Painter to receive national honor this basketball season
Purdue head basketball coach Matt Painter has been predicted to be this season’s Coach of the Year by CBS Sports.
Painter has led the Boilermakers to an amazing 91-40 mark over the past seven seasons. Last year, Purdue relied heavily on four freshmen and earned a double-bye in the B1G Tournament and a No. 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
